Role Overview
Responsible for managing daily financial transactions, tracking revenue and expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company’s operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
•Record all daily financial transactions (revenue and expenses)•Track and reconcile all incoming payments (cash, Insta Pay, transfers, etc.)•Ensure all payments match bookings/orders
•Manage expense tracking (operational costs, purchases, etc.)•Maintain accurate financial records and documentation•Organize invoices, receipts, and payment proofs
•Prepare daily and monthly financial reports•Monitor cash flow and highlight any discrepancies•Assist in basic budgeting and cost control
•Coordinate with operations team to verify completed services vs payments•Support external accountant with required financial data
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field•1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance•Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets•High attention to detail and accuracy•Organized and reliable
