Role Description

The General Accountant will manage daily accounting activities, such as preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records. The role also includes monitoring budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and complying with financial regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to support business operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation Competency in using accounting software and tools such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus Understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards Strong communication and teamwork skills
