We are a local distribution company based in Cairo, Egypt, seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager / Accountant to oversee daily operations, manage financial activities, and supervise logistics and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations
Handle full accounting functions (invoicing, payments, receivables, reporting, etc.)
Supervise and coordinate all import and export shipment processes
Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliers
Ensure proper documentation for shipments and compliance with regulations
Monitor and manage warehouse operations, stock levels, and inventory control
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices
