We are hiring Junior and Senior Accountants who are responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting business decisions through financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with IFRS under the supervision of the Senior Accountant.
Post and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and classified.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts under guidance from senior staff.
Assist in compiling data and schedules required for Group consolidated financial reporting.
Use ERP systems for day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist in preparing data for periodic management reports covering P&L, balance sheet, and key financial metrics.
Assist in vendor payment processing and ensure invoices are matched and approved prior to payment.
Reconcile supplier statements and flag discrepancies to the Senior Accountant for resolution.
Post payroll accounting entries and assist in reconciling payroll records with HR data.
Support compliance with applicable tax regulations in the jurisdiction of posting (UAE VAT & Corporate Tax or KSA Zakat & VAT, as applicable) under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.
Assist in preparing data and schedules required for tax return filings.
Maintain proper tax records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Assist in cost accounting tasks across manufacturing entities as directed.
Support analysis of cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation under supervision.
Assist in preparing departmental budget templates and consolidating data during the annual budgeting process
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Pursuing a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA) is an advantage.
Basic awareness of tax and compliance requirements in GCC jurisdictions (UAE and/or KSA) is an advantage; full training will be provided.
Good foundational knowledge of IFRS and general accounting standards. Exposure to multi-entity environments is an advantage.
Exposure to multi-entity or group company accounting is an advantage but not required.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial modelling) is required.
Basic understanding of cost accounting concepts including COGS and inventory valuation is an advantage; on-the-job training will be provided.
Willingness to support audit processes by preparing schedules and maintaining supporting documentation.
