About the Role As a Chief Accountant, you will oversee end-to-end accounting functions, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive financial efficiency across multiple entities. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic decisions and strengthening financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, budgeting, and forecasting across Egypt & KSAManage day-to-day finance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance Lead monthly closing and financial reporting processes Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations in Egypt & KSAHandle cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors Optimize financial systems and processes, with a strong focus on Odoo ERPSupport strategic planning and business growth initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Finance Manager, or similar role Strong knowledge of IFRS and local taxation laws (Egypt & KSA) Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a MUST Solid expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Experience managing and leading finance teams Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus
