Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage document control processes and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure proper documentation flow, maintain financial records, and assist in daily administrative and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Document Control Duties:
• Manage, organize, and maintain all company documents (physical and digital)
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents
• Maintain document control registers (incoming/outgoing documents)
• Ensure documents comply with company standards and procedures
• Coordinate with departments for document submission and approvals
• Track document revisions and maintain version control
• Handling quotations and letter typing
Accounts Clerk Duties:
• Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Support audits and financial checks
• Maintain accurate data entry in accounting systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Document Controller, Accounts Clerk, or similar role
• Knowledge of document management systems and accounting software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
