تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant with experience in the construction industry to support our finance operations, invoicing, and payment tracking.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily accounting tasks, supplier coordination, and client payment follow-ups efficiently.
-Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and tracking of invoices (PC-based / VO-based)
Maintain and update Statement of Accounts (SOA)
Follow up with clients for payments and overdue invoices
Handle supplier invoices, LPOs, and payment records
Assist in VAT documentation and filing support
Maintain proper record of GRNs, DOs, and supporting documents
Coordinate with procurement and site teams for cost tracking
Support monthly closing and reporting
