Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the company's accounts under the supervision of an external chartered accountant.
- Elaboration de bilan.
- Perform routine accounting and periodic closing tasks, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring and reconciliation of third-party accounts (customers, suppliers, others...) for fixed asset management and depreciation.
- Design and implement the Group's accounting procedures within the subsidiary.
- To build and manage the monthly reporting for the General Management.
- Participate in the development of the information system.
- Conduct any specific analysis requested by the General Management.
- Maintain the staff list for payroll tracking and preparation.
- HR management, and proficiency in PC PAIE software.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
You have at least 3 years of experience acquired ideally within an accounting department of a company.
Higher education in accounting management (Bachelor's level and above).
You have a good command of Excel,
A common practice in accounting and payroll software.
An organized mind, a strong work ethic and a capacity for synthesis capable of processing large volumes of data.
Participation in inventories.
Accounting entry.
