• Execute daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Utilize Odoo ERP extensively to streamline accounting processes and optimize financial data management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, contributing to timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.

Skills & Technologies:

You'll be working with industry-leading tools and methodologies. Strong proficiency in Accounting principles, Finance fundamentals, and initial exposure to Financial Analysis are crucial. Our core system is Odoo ERP, so prior experience with Odoo is a significant advantage. Naturally, expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, is essential for success in this role.
