Cost Accountant (F&B & Catering – Decision Support)

:Introduction

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our new ventures, Baked & Brewed Bakeries and Capybara, scheduled for 2026.

:Role Overview

This role focuses on analysis and decision-making, not just data recording. It involves evaluating catering opportunities and building accurate cost models to assess profitability.

:Key Responsibilities

Calculate and analyze product and meal costs, improve profit margins, and develop dynamic cost models

to support decision-making

Evaluate catering offers and pricing, determining feasibility (profit / break-even / loss)

 Prepare scenario analyses based on production volume and operational capacity

 Monitor inventory, wastage, and cost variances, ensuring accurate cost tracking

 Prepare budgets and profitability forecasts under different scenarios

 Provide clear go/no-go recommendations supported by detailed financial analysis

Translate financial data into actionable insights and present them to management clearly and concisely

Review tax implications related to production and sales, ensuring compliance and optimizing cost efficiency

 : Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

 Experience: Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting manufacturing

 Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, conduct research, and perform

comprehensive financial analyses

Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in auditing and data management

Experience in restaurants, catering, or F&B
