📍 Location: Al Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
🏢 Company: Legal Firm (Dubai)
🎯 Job Purpose
To support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while assisting in accounting functions, ensuring smooth workflow, financial accuracy, and business continuity.
💰 Salary: AED 4,000 (All-inclusive)
👉 Working days: Mon-Sat, 09:00-06:00, Sunday off
🧩 Key Responsibilities
🗂️ Administrative Duties (Primary – ~60%)
Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination
Manage emails, client inquiries, and job tracking
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
Maintain organized filing system (digital & physical)
Coordinate with freelance translators when needed
Support document processing and delivery workflows
Assist in maintaining internal trackers (Excel / systems)
💰 Accounting Support (Secondary – ~40%)
Record daily financial transactions (income & expenses)
Issue and track invoices and receipts
Assist in maintaining accounts using QuickBooks
Support VAT and Corporate Tax documentation
Coordinate with external accounting firm when required
Gradually take over more accounting responsibilities over time
🧠 Required Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
💼 Experience:
1-2 years of experience in:
Administrative roles + accounting exposure
Experience in UAE is preferred
🛠️ Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of:
Microsoft Excel (very important)
Accounting principles
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred)
Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
🌍 Language:
English: Professional level (mandatory)
