Join our dynamic pharmaceutical company in Dubai as an Accountant Analyst, where you will play a critical role in financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, sales, inventory and reports to provide insights into business performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help guide company financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile financial data and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Identify trends and potential risks by conducting detailed financial analysis and recommending appropriate actions.
- Assist in audit processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceuticals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant Analyst or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to varied audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and standards is highly desirable.
