We are looking for a highly qualified Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a key division within our organization in the agricultural and poultry sector. The ideal candidate will hold a recognized professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) and bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including proven leadership in managerial roles.
The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Exceptional leadership, people management, and business acumen are essential. Core responsibilities include financial reporting, compliance, strategic planning, and effective stakeholder management to drive growth and ensure financial stability.
Location: (Dammam, Saudi Arabia)
Salary: upto 30000 SAR (all inclusive)
Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide detailed financial reports and insights to senior management, offering actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
2. Financial Planning & Strategy
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and assessment of business decisions.
- Provide financial guidance to executive management for investments, cost optimization, and capital expenditure decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between financial goals and overall business objectives.
3. Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, Zakat, VAT, and internal controls by coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams.
- Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Oversee the financial audit process and coordinate effectively with external and internal auditors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 12+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities with strong business acumen.
