  Our client is a Large leading company in the field of Real Estate Development based in Riyadh, KSA. We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Head of Finance to oversee the organization's financial health and guide its long-term investment strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO with critical decision-making and ensuring the company's financial stability in a competitive market.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  
  

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support high-level strategic decisions.

    
    

  • Operational Management: Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

    
    

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure the accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in full compliance with KSA accounting regulations.

    
    

  • Investment Analysis: Conduct deep-dive financial analysis for real estate investment projects, including ROI evaluation, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.

    
    

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor overall financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management.

    
    

  • Stakeholder & Audit Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions while managing key internal stakeholders.

    
    

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor the finance department staff, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.

    
    

  Requirements

  
  

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

    
    

  • Certifications: CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a significant advantage.

    
    

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant finance experience, with a strict requirement for experience in the Real Estate Development industry.

    
    

  • Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.

    
    

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

    
    

  • Availability: Ability to join within 30 to 60 days.

    
    

  • Status: Candidates must currently be based Inside KSA.
