• Responsible to prepare the Annual Budget in coordination with the Finance Manager.
• Responsible to prepare all reports requested by the Central Bank of Syria, and ensure submission within the given deadlines.
• Prepare the financial performance evaluation of the bank, branches and service units.
• Collect, & analyze all financial data and compare with the core banking system outputs for variances.
• Prepare the month actual vs budget report, and submit justifications for variances.
• Prepare the final semi-annual and annual report in coordination with the Finance Manager in a timeline.
• Prepare the finance dashboard and analyze results and submit the needed recommendation.
• Prepare requested finance related reports.
• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
• University degree in Accounting, Banking and Insurance or any related study.
• At least two years of experience in finance (preferably in Financial Institutions) or any relevant fields.
• Skills in coordination, communication, time management and customer service.
• Ability to deal with numbers and detecting mistakes.
• Advanced skills in accounting and finance.
• Flexibility, integrity, ability to work confidentially and enthusiasm towards work.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office), Good knowledge in spoken and written English.
• The applicant must be a resident of the governorate in which the employment will take place.
• The applicant must have Syrian Arab citizenship.
