Develop and grow sales across African markets for the group s full product range.
Identify and open new sales channels and strategic partners.
Expand sales of the group s product portfolio.
Manage and develop relationships with key clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Key Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure proper follow-up on client needs, product performance, and market development.
- Closely follow up and be aware of commercial agreements, pricing structures, and supply conditions.
- Identify opportunities to expand product portfolios within existing accounts.
Sales Operations & Export Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth export operations.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and international trade procedures.
- Support clients in forecasting demand and planning orders.
Client & Product Support
- Provide clients with product knowledge and technical guidance on the group s product range.
- Support product introductions and launches in new markets.
- Assist distributors with promotional activities and market positioning.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the CRM system (Odoo ERP).
- Track sales pipeline, opportunities, and client performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decisions.
Business Development & Representation
- Travel internationally for client visits, trade shows, and business development missions.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings with partners and distributors.
- Identify strategic opportunities to expand the group s presence across Africa.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills in international markets
- Solid knowledge of food sector trading and distribution
