About the job Junior accountant

"We are looking for someone smart, curious, and eager to use AI to work faster and better - not just a traditional accountant." The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, along with basic knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools to help improve efficiency and reduce workload.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations (entries, reconciliations, reports).
• Prepare and maintain financial records accurately.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Help in organizing and documenting financial data.
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Excel automation, or similar) to improve reporting efficiency.
• Automate repetitive accounting tasks
• Support data analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reduce workload and improve productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, or similar).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred (Nice to have)

• Experience using AI in work tasks (even personal use).
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of automation (Excel formulas, scripts, etc.).
