Accountant – Emirati National Salary: AED 30,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated UAE National Accountant to join our accountancy practice in an internal finance capacity. This role will be responsible for managing the firm’s internal financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and supporting leadership with financial insights to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day internal accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards Support budgeting and forecasting processes and track performance against budgets Perform bank reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control across the business Prepare management reports (MIS) with variance analysis and key financial insights Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and support tax filings Liaise with external auditors and support year-end audit processes Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures Assist with financial system enhancements and process improvements Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting

Requirements:Emirati National is a must Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience Working knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations Experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, Zoho, or similar) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Progressing towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CMA)
