Job Description

• Collaborate with the production team to develop day-to-day costing data based on production reports, ensuring accurate and efficient calculation of production costs.
• Analyze and prepare periodic reports on variances between actual production costs and standards, including consumption variances and efficiency variances.
• Estimate production costs for new and proposed products to support pricing and product development decisions.
• Perform monthly closing activities related to cost accounting, including cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Analyze costs incurred as well as resources utilized for operations, identifying areas of inefficiency and potential savings.
• Review and reconcile inventory reports on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly analysis and reports comparing budget vs. actual, initiating detailed deviation analysis and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is preferred. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• 1–3 years of experience in group costing or a similar role within heavy manufacturing industries such as cement, steel, fertilizer, or construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
