At CardoO, the Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making.
You will manage core accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and maintain strong control over inventory and cost structures within a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) Oversee invoicing, billing processes, and payment collections Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities Manage inventory accounting and conduct stock reconciliations Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle VAT and tax filings while ensuring full regulatory compliance Monitor Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and analyze profitability margins Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock control Maintain accurate financial records within Odoo ERP system Support internal and external audits and financial reviews Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred (but not mandatory) Competitive salary package Opportunity to work in a fast-growing and dynamic company Exposure to modern ERP systems and advanced financial processes Career growth and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment 2–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, trading, or distribution sectors Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Solid understanding of inventory accounting and cost control In-depth knowledge of VAT and tax regulations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
