Responsibilities

Manage contractor payments and ensure timely disbursement in accordance with contractual agreements. Coordinate with site engineers in purchasing materials and equipment necessary for project operations. Collect and review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents from project sites. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Preparing reports and financial statements for management review. Conduct regular audits of financial operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for project sites. Cooperating with the accounting team at the company’s headquarters to reconcile the site’s accounts, settle the covenant on a weekly basis, and resolve any discrepancies. Provide support during internal and external audits as required. Managing and dealing with purchases and following up on the inside and outside of the site Supervising the site’s warehouse Create a workers' company and get approval from the supervisor and the project manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Work experience as an Accountant in the construction industry 1 : 3 years. Knowledge of Egyptian accounting regulations and practices. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Hands-on experience with accounting software like Fresh Books and Quick Books
