تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for an experienced Head Accountant to lead and manage the company’s accounting operations in a fast-growing design and landscape business based in the UAE.

This role focuses on full-cycle accounting control, compliance, reporting, and process structuring, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with UAE regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain the company’s accounting system, policies, and procedures

Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll coordination, reconciliations, general ledger)

Ensure accurate bookkeeping and data consistency across QuickBooks / Zoho and Google Workspace

Manage cash flow tracking, expense control, and cost allocation

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle VAT filings and UAE Corporate Tax preparation, ensuring full compliance

Maintain proper financial documentation and audit-ready records

Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and internal records

Supervise accounting staff or external accountants, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Support budgeting and provide financial data for management decisions

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks

Identify discrepancies and improve internal accounting processes and controls

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, and Google Workspace

Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting

High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline

Ability to work independently and manage accounting processes end-to-end

Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity

Fluent English required; Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage
