Job description:

• Collecting all the sales data from the restaurants , System and preparing the sheet

• Auditing the daily sales of the restaurants .

• Auditing restaurant deposits and the bank deposit.

• Preparing monthly entry.

• Follow up the credit sales.

• Following up the receivable and collection .

• Audit the daily sales report & monthly closing.

• Supervise and audit the monthly royalty reports & draft check issue.

• Participate in solving daily any problem with the cash register closing at the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in income auditing in Luxury Restaurants (F&B) is a Must.

• Strong knowledge of POS systems and accounting software is a Must.

• Advanced Excel and Word skills is a Must.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

• Understanding of: Food & Beverage controls

Nightlife revenue cycles (tables, bookings, events) Discounts, voids, and complimentary policies.

• Ability to reconcile daily revenues, cash, and credit transactions
