About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing corporate services firm supporting startups and SMEs across the UAE with end-to-end financial, tax, and compliance solutions.
By combining experienced finance professionals with modern automation tools, they deliver reliable accounting, regulatory compliance, and clear financial visibility for growing businesses.
Core Responsibilities Client Portfolio Ownership Manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end, including onboarding, monthly close, and timely VAT and Corporate Tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
Operational Continuity Provide structured support during leadership absence, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and consistent client experience.
Process & Automation Excellence Drive adoption of automation tools and continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and reporting standards across the function.
Technical Accounting Delivery Execute core accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple accounting platforms with high attention to detail.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients across industries, acting as a reliable point of contact for financial and compliance-related matters.
Essential Requirements Qualification: ACCA/ACA/CA completed or final stages Experience: Minimum 2 years solid UAE accounting & tax experience across multiple industries Technical Proficiency: Cloud accounting platforms (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero) and advanced Excel Regulatory Knowledge: Strong UAE VAT & Corporate Tax expertise with independent filing capability Mindset: Startup-ready with genuine "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude—comfortable owning detailed work while eyeing bigger responsibilities Client-Facing: Confident, articulate communication style for diverse stakeholder interactions
