Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed cost accounting systems and reports to track production expenses and inventory valuation. Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights for management decisions. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure accurate recording of material, labor, and overhead costs. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Conduct regular audits of production costs to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed cost analysis and projections. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within the Food & Beverages industry. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
