We are currently representing a leading Steel Manufacturing Company in Beirut seeking a Chief Accountant to lead its accounting operations overseas.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Accountant located in Beirut. The Chief Accountant will manage the company’s accounting processes for one of their operating entities overseas, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, analysing financial data, and ensuring timely tax filings.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within the Manufacturing or Industrial sector.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A CPA, CMA, or MBA is a significant plus.

- Technical Edge: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (preferably Odoo). You should be someone who looks at a spreadsheet and sees a story.

- International Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards and tax regulations is a big plus
