Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience , with  proven hands‑on experience in both Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Egypt Strong practical experience applying  IFRS  in multi‑entity environments Solid experience in  KSA VAT  (registration, filing, reconciliation, audits) Solid experience in  Egyptian VAT & Tax regulations  (VAT, WHT, payroll tax) Managing  month‑end and year‑end closings  across multiple jurisdictions Experience dealing with  KSA & Egypt statutory auditors  and tax authorities Handling  intercompany transactions  between KSA and Egypt entities Strong exposure to  cash flow management , banking, and reconciliations in both markets Experience working with  ERP / accounting systems  used in regional operations Ability to support management with  cross‑country financial reporting and analysis
