We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in the construction and trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting financial decision-making processes to contribute to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with industry standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Track and process invoices, expenses, and payroll accurately.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and financial performance of construction and trading projects.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support operational and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
- Maintain and update financial databases and records with utmost accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for financial process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the construction and trading industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial data.
