We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, reporting, and inventory accounting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting management decisions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain accurate general ledger and ensure timely closing of accounts Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities Inventory Management
Monitor and reconcile inventory records Ensure accurate costing and valuation of inventory Coordinate with operations to track stock movements and discrepancies Accounting Operations
Manage accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Internal Financials
Prepare internal management reports and performance analysis Support audit processes and provide required documentation Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement Board and Management Support
Prepare financial presentations and reports for board meetings Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decisions Assist in preparing financial summaries for stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a small to medium-sized company) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with inventory accounting is essential Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus
Experience in audit or financial analysis
