Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Management: Record and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment posting, and collections.
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Expense Reporting: Process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end closing process, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Audit Support: Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• Fixed Assets Management: Maintain the fixed asset register and perform depreciation calculations.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with special accounting projects and financial analysis as needed.
