Senior Specialist – Development Finance & Analysis (Sports BU) Location:  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience:  8–9 years   Role Summary Support financial planning, project accounting, and performance tracking across Sports BU assets.
The role focuses on establishing robust processes, leveraging SAP and driving automation to enhance financial control and reporting.
  Key Responsibilities Set up and manage project accounting structures (budgets, commitments, work performed) Monitor financial performance vs plan, including variance analysis and reporting Support month-end close (accruals, reconciliations, reporting) Drive improvements and automation within **SAP, PRISM and reporting processes Design and implement finance processes from scratch (forecasting, reporting, approvals) Ensure alignment with DoA and governance frameworks Collaborate with Development, Commercial, PMO, and IT teams     Requirements Bachelor’s in finance/accounting (CA/ACCA/CPA preferred) 8–9 years’ experience in project finance / project accounting Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP Proven ability to build and implement processes independently Strong analytical and Excel skills   Preferred Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or giga-projects Exposure to ERP implementations / automation initiatives
