I. COMPANY PROFILE
A well-established Lebanese company operating in the mechanical engineering (HVAC) sector, with branches in Guinée.
II. ROLE
The role involves managing financial, procurement, administrative, and ERP-related activities, including accounting and payroll tasks, purchasing and logistics coordination, documentation control, basic IT support, and cross-departmental operational assistance.
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare all accounting entries
• Follow up on payables and receivables
• Produce monthly statements of AP/AR, top 10, aging report, income statement
• Assist in the preparation of end of month/year closing (depreciations, deferred expenses, accrual…)
• Coordinate with external auditor for accounting review and VAT declaration
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
• Prepare invoices and keep accurate clients’ files
• Handle payments by checking statement accounts and cash status
• Assist in the stock management and stock count
• Keep petty cash records up to date
• Coordinate between suppliers and forwarders for on time shipments receipts when needed
• Other tasks as required by the manager
• Travel regularly for extended periods as required by company operations, including occasional long stays abroad or within the region to support procurement, logistics, or administrative activities
IV. REQUIREMENTS in terms of experience, education and competencies
• Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting or Auditing
• 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, procurement, administrative support, or similar roles.
• High precision and accuracy are a must.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong computer and internet research skills.
• Very good command of Arabic, French, and English: reading, writing, and typing
