Raya Smart Buildings, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a senior accountant.

Role description:

• Maintain and oversee all accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
• Oversee accounting for charging revenue (pay-per-use, subscription, roaming agreements). Review contracts and determine appropriate revenue treatment.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee payments and collections.
• Process vendor invoices and operational costs, and ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining internal controls.
• Perform bank reconciliations daily/weekly to ensure all receipts and payments are accounted for. Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable balances monthly to confirm ledger accuracy.
• Ensure accurate costing and asset tagging.

Skills description

• From 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
