About the role:

We are seeking an AR Accountant to join our Accounting Department. The role is suitable for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop within the field of accounts receivable in a dynamic business environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately record sales and customer transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual sales and financial reports
• Monitor customer receivables and follow up to ensure timely collections
• Maintain and review customer account balances and aging reports
• Support the accounts receivable cycle and related accounting processes
• Perform additional duties related to customer accounts and finance operations as required

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of accounting systems and financial data
• Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
