Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Ledger (GL) Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing activities, and ensuring timely processing of transactions and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:Perform daily booking of financial transactions, including journal entries and petty cash Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness Monitor and follow up on aging reports (AR/AP) and highlight any discrepancies Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and adjustments Process and execute payments through the company’s banking platforms Assist in maintaining general ledger integrity and resolving any variances Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Strong understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliations Experience with accounting systems and MS Excel Good analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in handling bank payments and reconciliations Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
