Job Description

• Participate in developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and reduce financial risks.
• Lead, guide, and provide technical and administrative support to the team to improve overall performance.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any related issues.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management, focusing on key results and recommendations to support sound financial decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors and external parties during scheduled reviews and audits to facilitate the audit process.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes as required.
• Participate in tax examination/audit processes to help ensure that no tax penalties are incurred and to avoid arbitrary assessments.
• Prepare the company’s estimated budget to ensure there are no significant variances.
• Support cross-departmental review comparing the actual budget vs. the estimated budget to strengthen control over execution.
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and credibility of financial data.
• Perform any other assigned tasks related to the role to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Preferred: (CMA – IFRS – MBA).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Head of Accounts.
• Very good proficiency in MS Word.
• Very good proficiency in MS Excel.
• Very good proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Good English proficiency.
