A well-established construction company based in Dubai is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a construction company within the UAE

Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control

Experience in handling subcontractors’ invoices and client billing

Solid understanding of VAT regulations in the UAE and FTA requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with accounting software such as ( NOBLE )

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control project costs and budgets

Prepare monthly financial reports and project profitability analysis

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Handle subcontractors’ payments and client invoices

Track cash flow and ensure proper financial planning

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare tax filings

Coordinate with project managers and site engineers regarding project expenses

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification (ACCA, CMA) is a plus

Previous experience in UAE construction projects is highly preferred

Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills
