In this dynamic, we are opening new opportunities for Account Managers (Junior and Senior) ready to actively contribute to the development of the client portfolio and build strong, lasting relationships.
Your missions:
Depending on your experience level, your main responsibilities will be:
• Manage and develop a client portfolio, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify clients' specific needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
• Participate in prospecting and acquiring new clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, ensure follow-up and update client files.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of commercial and marketing actions.
• For experienced profiles: mentor and support juniors in developing their skills.
• Represent PREVAS to partners and institutions and actively contribute to the firm's reputation.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce, insurance, or equivalent.
• Successful experience in account management, client relations, or business development (3 to 10 years depending on the position level).
• Strong sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and professional commitment.
