تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with ACCA accreditation and expert level knowledge of both UK and UAE financial regulations, taxation, legislation, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate must be commercially sharp, detail driven, and exceptionally strong in managing multi jurisdiction financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• UK VAT and UAE VAT management and compliance

• Transfer pricing and international transfer pricing compliance

• Strong understanding of UK and UAE tax laws and legislation

• FTA compliance and regulatory reporting

• WPS payroll compliance and processing

• Billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and full accounts management

• Year end accounts preparation and audit support

• Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance and controls

• Knowledge of UK UAE Double Tax Treaty regulations

• Financial reporting, forecasting, and statutory compliance

• Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities

Requirements:

• ACCA qualified is essential

• Extensive experience within UK and UAE accounting environments

• Expert knowledge of UK and UAE tax frameworks and financial legislation

• Strong understanding of international business structures and compliance

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently and at senior management level

This role requires someone extremely competent, proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing complex international financial operations.
