Job :
Within the administrative and financial department
Your tasks will be:
• Participation in the preparation of tables for tax declarations (VAT, payment deadlines, etc.).
• Participation in the preparation of quarterly VAT refund requests.
• Entry of purchase, sales, and miscellaneous invoices.
• Contribution to the monitoring and entry of treasury operations (receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, etc.).
• Participation in the verification and monitoring of company accounts.
• Participation in monthly accounting closings,
• Participation in the monitoring and management of expense reports; processing of missions and related expenses.
• Filing and archiving of accounting documents (physical and digital).
Required profile :
With a Bac+3/5 degree in accounting and/or corporate finance, we offer you an internship that will allow us to train you in finance professions.
We expect the candidate to have:
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Proficiency in computer tools
• Knowledge of accounting rules
• Legal knowledge
• Vigilance and respect for current regulations
• Organization and rigor in carrying out assigned tasks
• Listening, questioning, and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.
• Responsiveness: ability to work under pressure !!!
