Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Insurance sector as a Junior Internal Auditor. Based in Casablanca, your main mission will be to help evaluate and improve internal processes, thus ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Actively contribute to identifying potential risks, formulating relevant recommendations to optimize internal controls, and implementing best practices within the organization.

In this key role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participation in the planning and execution of internal audit missions, in accordance with professional standards.
  • Analysis of existing procedures and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Verification of compliance with current regulations and internal policies.
  • Writing clear and concise audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Monitoring the implementation of action plans defined with the audited departments.
  • Close collaboration with operational teams to understand their challenges and propose suitable solutions.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally focused on Audit or Consulting, will be a major asset for success in this position.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in similar roles, ideally gained in the insurance or brokerage sector, is expected for this position.

To excel in this role, it is essential to have:

  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • A strong sense of organization and rigor.
  • Solid writing skills for report production.
  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of the insurance/brokerage sector's challenges.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT tools for auditing.
