Cost accountant – factory based

Location: 10th of Ramadan City

Industry: Clothing & Footwear Manufacturing

We are hiring a cost accountant to join our factory team in 10th of Ramadan. The role is responsible for monitoring production costs, analyzing manufacturing expenses, inventory control, and supporting management with accurate cost reports and financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing and production costs
• Prepare cost sheets and product costing reports
• Track raw material consumption, waste, and variances
• Perform inventory valuation and stock reconciliations
• Analyze labor and overhead costs
• Support budgeting and cost reduction initiatives
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in cost accounting within manufacturing
• Experience in garments, fashion, textile, or footwear factories is preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory and costing systems
• Good Excel and ERP skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan City
