- Missions
- Define and implement the company's overall financial strategy in collaboration with senior management. Monitor the company's financial performance and propose measures to improve profitability.
- Oversee the development of annual budgets and monitor them throughout the year. Ensure the proper allocation of financial resources according to the needs of different departments and projects.
- Oversee accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and payroll management. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide decision-making. Evaluate performance and propose strategies to improve profitability. Analyze key financial indicators (cash flow, margins, return on investment) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure that the company complies with all local tax and legal obligations. Optimize taxation in collaboration with tax advisors and manage relationships with tax authorities and external auditors.
- Participate in investment decisions and ensure the profitability of new projects. Seek financing, negotiate with banks and financial partners to support the growth of the company.
- Profile
- Level of education: Bac +5 in finance, accounting or management, with additional certifications (DSCG, Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position.
