  • Maintain accounting records (2nd check, entry, rotation numbering and classification of accounting documents in chronological and alphabetical order).
  • Perform the reconciliation of the accounting ledger with the entered documents.
  • Carry out the reconciliation of turnover with the commercial structure.
  • establish monthly G50.
  • Process purchasing files.
  • Analyze and prepare a monthly statement of the company's accounting situation.
  • Organize the classification and archiving of supporting documents for accounting and financial operations.
  • develop debt and recovery plans.
  • Ensure relations between general management and banks.
  • Monitor the company's billing status.
  • Record and classify all information on the financial activity, the intangible, material and financial assets of the company.
  • Record financial flows (cash inflows and outflows), bank reconciliations, payments, etc.
  • Ensure accounting relations with the Company's partners (suppliers, customers, etc.) via the Purchasing structure.
  • Proceed with the bank transfer of the pay, in accordance with the payroll journal drawn up by the Personnel and Logistics Department.
  • prepare tax returns and pay social security contributions in collaboration with the Personnel and Logistics department.
  • Maintain and monitor the Company's accounting dashboard in close collaboration with the Statutory Auditor.
  • Account for all Company invoices and manage various operations related to them (transfer orders, etc.).
  • Participate in the development of annual structure budgets by establishing the procedures for their development.
  • Participate in the preparation of the company's investment files by mobilizing the necessary credits.
  • Level of education: University degree in finance, accounting
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in a similar position.
  • Mastery of general accounting and good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
  • Having a sense of responsibility and analysis
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Good command of IT tools in particular (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
