Job description

We are looking for a Telephone Advisor (e) Accounting Software M/F, to join our team in Tunis. As part of a support team, you will provide remote assistance and advice to notarial accountants who use our accounting software solution.

Your main missions are:

Take care of incoming calls and emails from accountants, identify and analyze their needs.

Diagnose incidents, determine their origin (software or user) and provide appropriate solutions.

Improving the quality of service to our customers on a daily basis (callback time, processing, etc.)

Be responsible for the company's quality image by keeping the customer informed

Qualifications

Higher education in accounting.

You have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in the field of remote customer support.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Patient, customer-focused approach to problem solving.
