Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Accounting Software Advisor M/F, to join our team in Tunis. Within a support service team made up of 2 people, you will provide remote assistance and advice to accountants of notarial studies using our accounting software.

After a period of integration and training, your main missions will be:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from accountants, identify and analyze their needs.
• Diagnose incidents, determine their origin (software or user)
• Ensure ticket tracking and resolution in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Improve the quality of service offered to our customers on a daily basis (callback times, processing, etc.).

Qualifications

• Higher education in accounting with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices .
• You have experience in customer relations , particularly in the context of remote assistance .
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills .
