Role Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Accountant to join our team in New Cairo. In this role, you will handle daily accounting tasks such as entering data, processing invoices, and keeping financial records up to date. You will also assist with other data entry tasks and support in preparing financial reports. Attention to detail and accuracy are key to ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounting tasks, such as posting journal entries, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by ensuring proper documentation for all transactions.
• Prepare and maintain basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the senior accounting team in preparing tax filings and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with auditing processes by providing necessary financial documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
• You will also be responsible for performing data entry tasks that may not be directly related to finance or accounting.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred, but not required.
