Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Include:

Financing Offers and Commercial Proposals.


Build strong relationships with local banks to present financing business plans to committee in a timely manner.


The Financing Manager must provide the banks with transaction elements to ensure credit approval, contract and signing.


Qualify opportunities for account executives and maximize the time to obtain financing notification from local banks.

Driving Order and Sales Forecasting and Estimation:


Evaluate quarterly the estimate of financed orders, sales and revenue on financing for the assigned territory.


Ability to identify risks and opportunities to maximize the landing of the estimate.


Work closely with the GE HC & HFS Sales Leader to provide visibility into their deal funnel and status.


Specific Quality Objectives:

Know and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Objectives and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this type of job/position.


Complete all scheduled Quality & Compliance training within defined time frames.


Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and take immediate corrective action as necessary.


Knowledge and understanding of all environmental health policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within the framework thereof to ensure that no company policies or US/International and/or local laws are broken.


Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately reporting process and product quality deviations, providing solutions where possible.


Knowledge and understanding of all global confidentiality and anti-competition policies.


Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree and significant experience in commercial operations roles or equivalent work experience (sales/OTR/services/commercial/finance roles).


Knowledge of sales and marketing business processes.


Strong commercial acumen, including strong financing skills.


Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.


Proven ability to influence and drive change across diverse individuals and teams within a large, complex, matrixed organization.


Customer oriented and able to network across the organization.


Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English


High standard and quality of work; Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail, results oriented.
