الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
- Issue and track invoices and daily entries related to clients.
- Reconcile customer balances and continuously update their information.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable activity and collection performance.
- Coordinate with sales and real estate teams regarding contracts and payment schedules.
- Monitor off-plan sales contracts and ensure accurate recording of accounting entries.
المهارات
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in the real estate development sector.
- Previous experience in off-plan sales is preferred.
- Full availability and ability to join immediately.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar.
- Good understanding of real estate accounting systems and off-plan sales procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to create professional reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve financial issues with clients.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
