Responsibilities

? Data Input and Management: Accurately type data from physical

documents, verbal communications, or other digital sources into

company databases and spreadsheets.

? Data Verification and Correction: Review and verify data for accuracy,

correct errors, update outdated information, and resolve data

discrepancies.

? File and Information Organization: Organize and file digital documents

and physical records to ensure information is accessible and retrievable.

? Database Maintenance: Update existing records, maintain the

functionality of databases, and sometimes create data backups to

ensure data security.

? Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of

sensitive information, such as customer or client data.

? Report Generation: Summarize and generate data into standardized

reports for internal use.

7. Essential Skills

? Typing Speed and Accuracy: A fast and accurate typing speed.

? Attention to Detail: Crucial for identifying and correcting errors,

ensuring the integrity of the data.

? Organizational Skills: The ability to create and maintain efficient filing

systems and organize large datasets.

? Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets

(especially Microsoft Excel), and other data entry software platforms.

? Confidentiality and Professionalism: A commitment to protecting

sensitive information and maintaining professional standards.

8. Education ? Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Commerce, Accounts
